When you apply for membership or write to us, we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, email address, city or branch of interest, and anything you include in your message.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it to us.
We use your information to review membership applications, invite you to events, respond to your enquiries, and share Society news you have asked to receive.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep application and correspondence records for as long as they remain relevant to your membership, and remove them on request.
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to thewhiterosessocietyhq@gmail.com and we will act on it.
