Access to member information
Correspondence and membership details are handled by the Society's committee and are shared only with those who need them to run the Society.
We never publish member names, contact details, or photographs without permission.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have found a security issue with this website, or you think information about you has been exposed, please write to thewhiterosessocietyhq@gmail.com with the details.
We will acknowledge your message and tell you what we intend to do about it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before sharing the issue publicly.
As the Society grows
When we introduce member accounts and a members' area, access will be restricted so that each member can only reach their own information, and this page will be updated to describe those protections.
